As we arrived in Antwerp by train, this hotel was a fantastic location - literally out the station's side doors and across a small street. Despite the reputation of most train station areas, we never felt unsafe coming and going from the hotel. It's an easy 10-15 min walk to the historic center, and very close to the diamond district. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby. The room was spacious, very clean, modern with a good-sized closet, desk, full length mirror, and plenty of plugs for electronics. The bathroom was nice and clean with a good-sized shower and better/bigger than most Euro hotel towels. The staff were also nice and helpful. We had drinks at the bar one night. Breakfast was typical, but good. While it could get busy there was always seating and food was replenished in a timely manner.

The hotel is centrally located - right next to the main train station and within a short walk from the main sights and shopping areas. The common areas and the room were modern and clean. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable. Excellent water pressure in the shower. Breakfast had a fairly wide selection, consistently replenished and everything was delicious. It does get fairly crowded during peak times so it is worth picking an early slot to avoid queuing. Friendly and professional service throughout our stay. We arrived by car and there are plenty of (paid) parking options nearby. Would definitely stay again!

I made a mistake on the booking (totally my own fault) due to the time difference. The staff was super helpful and took a lot of time to help me move the booking dates last minute to ensure that I still had a room and refunded me the extra cost. I am so, so grateful that that they took the time to do this. My room clean, comfortable, and the bed was comfortable. The location is excellent; it is right across the entrance of a major metro station and close to many restaurants and convenience stores. The price was also super reasonable. I loved my stay and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

We are a young family with three kids and at the time of booking two rooms via booking.com, we asked for adjoining rooms and at the time of booking i put in this request which the reception team answered helpfully that they will try - but on arrival at the hotel reception, there was no mention of this comment / message on the system. we were put in separate rooms which was only negative thing about this trip - everything else was fantastic.

The hotel is adjacent to the Antwerp Central Station and a short walk away from all the major sightseeing spots and shopping center of Antwerp. The hotel is clean, well organized, and comfortable. The staff speak English and are very warm. Lots of dining options nearby.
